These Terms & Conditions apply to requests and services arranged through Vogli Tours. Specific price, itinerary, inclusions and booking conditions communicated for an individual trip form part of the agreement for that service.
1. About Vogli Tours
Vogli Tours provides and arranges private tours and private transportation in Albania. Contact: info@voglitours.al | +355 69 617 6310 | Tirana, Albania.
2. Booking requests
Submitting a form, email, WhatsApp message or other enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A service is confirmed only after Vogli Tours communicates confirmation and any applicable price, payment or other booking requirements have been satisfied.
3. Prices and payment
Prices, currency, payment method, deposit requirements and payment deadlines will be communicated before confirmation where applicable. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation applies only to the itinerary, dates, number of travellers and services described in that quotation.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions may depend on the specific service and on third-party arrangements. Applicable conditions will be communicated before or at confirmation. If no specific cancellation terms have been agreed, contact Vogli Tours as early as possible and we will assess the request in light of costs already incurred and services already committed.
5. Itinerary changes
Travel conditions, weather, road closures, safety considerations, opening hours or circumstances outside reasonable control may require changes to timing, route or itinerary. Where this occurs, we will seek a reasonable alternative while prioritising safety and the overall purpose of the booked experience.
6. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, being ready at the agreed time and place, carrying valid travel documents where required, following reasonable safety instructions and informing us in advance of needs that may materially affect the service.
7. Third-party services
Some parts of a journey may involve independent third-party providers. Where Vogli Tours arranges such services, the relevant provider may also apply its own lawful conditions. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Website content
We aim to keep descriptions, photographs and information accurate, but website content may be updated. Images are illustrative of the relevant experience or vehicle unless expressly stated otherwise. A final booking is governed by the details communicated and confirmed for that booking.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Vogli Tours is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by a traveller's failure to follow agreed arrangements or reasonable instructions.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Albanian data-protection law.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Albania. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
